This is amendment 01 to the presolicitation notice for 04-05-RQ-44169. The U. S. Department of the Interior, Minerals Management Service, on behalf of Navy Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division (NAWCWD), China Lake, CA, intends to make a firm-fixed price, sole source award to H D L Research Lab. Specifically, NAWCWD has the need for Power Supplies for existing Legacy Telemetry Test Section for HARM Missiles. Only power supplies meeting the following specifications will be considered: MIL-STD-785, Task 104, Failure Reporting, Analysis and Corrective Action System; 704AS5335, Drawings, System Power Supply; NWC 1437B, Critical Item Product Function Specifications for System Power Supply; ANSI/ASQC Q9001-1994 Quality Systems, Model for Quality Assurance in Design, Development, Production, Installation and Servicing; and EIA/IS-649, National Consensus Standard for Configuration Management. This announcement is published as a Sole Source in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. This is NOT a request for competitive quotes. The intent of this Special Notice is for informational purposes only.
