The U.S. Navy intends to award a sole source contract to Rockwell Collins Gov't Systems, Cedar Rapids, IA, for hardware and technical services associated with the NavStrike II Global Positioning System (GPS) Selective Availability Anti-Spoofing Module (SAASM) receiver for the High-speed Anti-Radiation Missile (HARM) Precision Navigation Upgrade (PNU) Program. Rockwell Collins was the producer of the NavStrike II GPS SAASM receiver being utilized during the DT/OT phase and is the only manufacturer that can provide detailed analysis on the software/hardware design provided under the PNU program. Programmatic/engineering support shall include follow-on responses to technical questions, trade studies, and/or engineering analysis. See Note 22.
