NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Mechanicsburg is seeking eligible contractors to furnish effort including labor, material, and facilities as may be required to manufacture the items as specified within this document. The Government intends to solicit as full and open competition. The Government intends to solicit for the procurement of: 1377-00-731-9271, DODIC M688, NOMEN Initiator, Cartridge Actuated 1377-00-731-9272, DODIC M689, NOMEN Initiator, Cartridge Actuated 1377-00-845-1059, DODIC M700, NOMEN Initiator, Cartridge Actuated 1377-00-684-3313, DODIC M218, NOMEN Cartridge Impulse *NOTE* The only Government Furnished Property to be provided is HES 5808.31 (4 lbs) for CLIN 0001 and PVU 10/A (4,527 EA). The vendor is required to build the cartridge M218 and end items. The government does possess the data necessary to perform the required manufacture of the items. All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received prior to the closing date of this sources sought notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
