Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the offers due date to Monday, 16 March 2020 at 12:00 PM Central Time. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force and effect.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with FAR Part 12 Commercial Items and additional information included in this notice and the attached solicitation document.

This synopsis/solicitation 1305M220QNWWN0098 constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-04.

This solicitation is conducted as a total small business set-aside and the associated NAICS code is 561210 – Facilities Support Services with a small business dollar amount standard of $38.5 Million.  All information required by FAR 12.603(c)(2) is included in the attached RFQ document.

The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Eastern Acquisition Division – Kansas City, is seeking to procure grounds maintenance services in Caribou, ME at the Hodgdon RDA Building and WFO Caribou Building in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) included in the RFQ document.
