This is a notice of intent to award a contract on a sole source basis with Tactical & Survivial Inc. 3900 Early Road, P.O. Box 1890, Harrisonburg, VA 22801 to provide the following supplies: 204,000 Rounds (204 cases) of Simunition 9 mm FX Red and 204,000 Rounds (204 Cases) of Simunition 9mm FX Blue for the U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School (USAJFKSWCS), Fort Bragg, NC . This will be a Firm Fixed Priced type contract. Delivery is FOB Designation. Delivery should be No-Later-Than (NLT) 7 March 2003. Interested parties may identify interest and capability by submitting technical and pricing data within 15 days of publication of this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 15 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
