The Government intends to award this requirement on a brand name basis to Lawmen Supply Company of New Jersey for the following: M-4 Upper Conversion Kit (26 EA), M-9 Conversion Kit (26 EA), FX8000 (26 EA), M-4 Magazines (174 EA), 9MM FX Marking Cartridges (Blue)(10 Cases), 9MM FX Marking Cartridges (Red)(10 Cases), Estimated Freight for above items to Fort Dix, NJ (1 EA). This notice of intent is NOT a request for Competitive Quotes. This notice does not consititure a solicitation document. The Standard Industrial Classification code is 3482, NAICS code 332992, and the related Small Business Standard of 1000 employees. The required delivery time is 1 July 2006. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and register in the Contral Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to transact business with the Department of Defense (DOD). All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code). All responsible sources may submit a quote, which if timely received will be considered by the agency.
