The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) is issuing synopsis N00178-06-Q-1915 to modify NSWCDD contract N00178-05-C-1017 to procure approximately 620 additional M72A7 LAW w/Graze Fuze Function and NVD Mount, HE, 66 mm, NSN 1340-01-497-7630, DODIC HA29. The existing contract is with Talley Defense Systems, Inc., 4051 North Higley Road, Mesa, AZ 85277-4299. Award date is estimated in mid October 2006. NSWCDD Procurement Division has implemented Electronic Commerce (EC) in the acquisition area; therefore, this synopsis and any applicable amendments will be available on the World Wide Web at http://www.nswc.navy.mil/wwwDL/XD/SUPPLY. Hard copies WILL NOT be provided. Vendors should regularly access the NSWCDD Web Site to ensure that they have downloaded all amendments. DoD will no longer award contracts to contractors not registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) database.
