U.S. Army TACOM-ARDEC Looking for other sources to make M211 Flares. The Contractor will fabricate, test and deliver six thousand (6,000) minimum, and up to forty-two thousand (42,000) M211 Aircraft Countermeasure Flares, part number 12988788, per fiscal year for the following four years in accordance with the requirements in the Statement of Work (SOW). The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with options to Alloy Surfaces Inc. This requirement is based on the availability of funds. See notes 22 and 26.
