The Office of the Joint Program Management Office (JPMO) Lightweight 155mm Howitzer (LW155) Program has a requirement for the manufacture, acceptance testing, and delivery of Primer Feeder Mechanism (PFM) component assemblies and associated Basic Issue Item (BII) and Initial Issue Parts (IIP) for the Lightweight 155mm Howitzer (also known as the M777 Howitzer). A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) four-year multi-year contract is contemplated, and is anticipated to be awarded to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror that submits a responsive proposal in accordance with the informational requirements and evaluation criteria set forth in the forthcoming Request for Proposal (RFP). A pre-solicitation conference will be held at Watervliet Arsenal in conjunction with this RFP to familiarize potential offerors with the PFM component. Drawings will be made available upon request.
