The Naval Air Systems Command Conventional Strike Weapons Program Office (PMA-201) conducted a Market Survey of Industry on 25 July 2005 to determine potential interested sources who have the skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required to successfully develop and provide the next generation FMU-139 Electronic Bomb Fuze. Respondents can download copies the draft performance specification and Statement of Objectives (SOO) from the following web site: http://www.navair.navy.mil The Government plans to hold an Industry Day at Titan Corporation, 22290 Exploration Drive, Lexington Park, MD 20653 on 22 August 2005 beginning 9:00 AM EST. Industry Day will entail a 2 to 3 hour presentation by the Government followed by optional closed forum one-on-one side meetings between the Government and potential sources. The one-on-one sessions are limited to approximately 30 minutes per company. Companies attending Industry Day should limit their representation to no more than 5 individuals. Companies shall provide the Name of the Company, Name of Attendee, Title, E-Mail address, Phone Number, Birth Country, Birth City and State (IF in the US), Citizenship and Country of Residence to the Point of Contact (POC) cited in this announcement no later than Close of Business (COB) 16 August 2005. This information is required in order to authorize the appropriate visitor’s request and this information will be safeguarded from unauthorized disclosure. Companies interested in participating in the one-on-one sessions with the Government are requested to contact the POC cited in this announcement to establish a time no later than COB 18 August 2005.
