This notice is made as Customs and Border Protection intends to place an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Olin Corporation, Winchester Division, East Alton, IL. The ammunition to be provided by Olin Corporation, is that previously approved in support of Customs and Homeland Security training and operational needs. Due to the critical need for this ammunition, the solicitation shall be solicited on a sole-source basis to Olin Corporation, Winchester Division to meet critical US Government requirements.
