The Army Sustainment Command (ASC) has a requirement for 30,000 each M54A1 Burster Charge, NSN: 1320-01-464-2033, Part number: 12991152, a component of the M110A2 Smoke, White Phosphorous (WP) 155mm projectile. A DRAFT request for proposal (RFP) W52 P1J-07-R-0021 will be issued on or about 15 November 2006 and is intended for Industry comments/questions before release of the official solicitation. This solicitation contemplates one firm-fixed price contract consisting of a base year plus three evalua ted options years (100% for FY08, 50% for FY09, and 100% for FY10). For CONUS offerors, FOB is Origin. For OCONUS offerors, FOB is to be provided in the official RFP. This requirement will be issued for full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S .C. 2304 and 41 U.S.C. 253. The DRAFT solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.5, 5.102 and 14.205-1(a) therefore hardcopies will not be provided.
