The contractor shall furnish the following materials to the Pine Bluff Arsenal:
- Filler, Chipboard , 2-5/16 1/8 X 1/16 thick (90,200 each)
- Spacer, Chipboard, 9-3/4 1/8 X 1-3/8 1/8 X 1/8 thick (12,100 each)
- Filler, Top, Chipboard, 9-3/4 1/8 X 4-3/4 1/8 X 1/16 thick (5,720 each)
- Filler, End, Chipboard, 17-1/2 1/8 X 4-3/4 1/8 X 1/16 thick (11,440 each)
- Filler, Side, Chipboard, 17-1/2 1/8 X 9-3/4 1/8 X 1/16 thick (11,440 each)
The materials must be in accordance with Drawing #9293287, revision R, dated 08/28/2007 and Drawing #9390712, revision H, dated 02/15/2000. These drawings will be provided within the solicitation. All materials are FOB Destination. This solicitation is a Small Business Set-Aside. Request for Proposal W911RP-09-T-0099 will be issued on 13 May 2009 with a closing date on 21 May 2009.
