NAICS Code: 332992 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requestedand a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-44. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 332992 with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. This requirement is unrestricted and only qualified offerors may submit quotations. The Environmental Protection Agency requires the following items, brand name or equal to the following: Federal LE9T 9mm Luger +P 135 grain Bonded THP - Pistol Ammunition 1000 rounds per case, quantity 77 casesFederal LE132 00 Police Load 12 Guage; 9 pellets, 250 rounds per case, quantity 45 casesFederal LE127 RS Tactical Rifle Slugs 12 Gauge, 250 rounds per case, quantity 45 casesNew ammunition ONLY; NO remanufactured items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The ammunition will be shipped FOB Destination by the contractor to various locations within the United States. Price quotations shall be submitted to Rachel Schwartz via e-mail to [email protected] by 1 pm EST on Friday, September 24. Quotations shall also include: Your company's procedure for replacing defective ammunition, a copy of your product warranty, and estimated delivery date. If you are quoting other than Federal brand ammunition, please also include a specifications sheet for the ammunition. Award will be based upon price, product warranty, and delivery date.
