Advanced Ordnance Locator systems. This system shall perform its intended functions for Explosive Ordnance (EO), Unexploded Ordnance (UXO), and Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs). An integrated system must enable the Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) technicians the ability to accomplish the following functions: detect , classify , and identify buried or covered EO, UXO and IEDs. The detector should be able to detect both metallic and non-metallic materials in all types of soil and environmental conditions
