CENTRAL LINCOLN PEOPLE’S UTILITY DISTRICT12.5kV RECLOSERS Bids Due 2:00 pm, October 30, 2024 INVITATION TO BID BID NUMBER 04-005-25Formal sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Department of Central Lincoln People's Utility District at P.O. Box 1126, Newport, Oregon 97365 until 2:00pm pacific time on the 30th day of October 2024 and not thereafter for the following: Manufacturer is to design and build, (8) eight over a three year contract, 12.5 kV, three phase solid dielectric reclosers and controls to Central Lincoln specifications. The area units will be installed is subject to coastal (salt fog) conditions, there for all specifications must be met. This contract will be a three year contract starting July 1, 2024 and ending on June 30, 2027. Each party will have the option to terminate this contract at any time with a 30 day written notice. Detailed information and bid forms may be obtained from the Purchasing Department, Central Lincoln People's Utility District, 2129 North Coast Highway, Newport, Oregon. They can also be requested at 541-574-2063. All manufacturers must be pre-approved prior to the bid opening. At the above date, time and place the District will publicly open bids. In order for a bid to be accepted and considered for award of a contract, the submitted bids must comply with Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) regulating contract work for people's utility districts. Each bid must contain a statement as to whether the bidder is a resident bidder, as defined in ORS 279A.120.
