This is a competitive 100% Small Business Set-aside Request for Quotation (RFQ). The acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 335911 with a size standard of 1,250 employees or less. This acquisition will be handled as a commercial item acquisition prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 12 and 13. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated.

This project consists of furnishing all necessary labor, supervision, materials, licenses, permits, insurance, transportation, and equipment necessary to provide two (2) 125 volt battery chargers with spare parts. Materials furnished shall be in strict compliance with the specifications.  Only new equipment of current manufacture shall be supplied under this contract.
