The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) is soliciting offers on a small business set aside basis to provide for 12.5% Sodium Hypochlorite in quantities ranging from 100 gallons to 2,000 gallons. This sodium hypochlorite will be delivered to West Bethesda, MD 20817. This procurement is part of the Test Pond controlled environment testing program. This requirement will be competed amongst small businesses that comply with the scope of work. A firm-fixed price type contract is anticipated to result from the solicitation. It is the intention of the Navy to issue this RFQ through electronic means only. This RFP shall be available upon issuance on September 12th at www.fedbid.com contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management www.sam.gov.
