1. Open new doorways and enlarge existing ones throughout the space to provide better access and a more open floor plan 2. Demo existing finishes in B11, B12, B13, B14, and B00CB 3. Provide a newly accessible route from the parking lot to the back entrance of the building, including a new access ramp. 4. Restore brick piers and wooden guardrail at the back of the building 5. Provide new flooring throughout the space, and refinish walls and ceilings 6. Complete minor mechanical, electrical and sprinkler space within the newly renovated space
