Bath Borough will receive sealed bids for the 121 South Walnut Street Curb, Sidewalk, Handicap Ramp and Crosswalk project. Bids will be received via PennBid until 10:00 AM on March 28, 2019. Bid results will be made available on PennBid after bid opening. All documents are available on PennBid at no cost (www.pennbid.net) The project for which Bids are being solicited is subject to the applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Each Bid must be accompanied by bid security payable to Bath Borough in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price in the form of a Certified Check, Bank Check, or a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Article 5 of the General Conditions. Bath Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and to accept any Bid which in its judgment is in the best interest of the Borough.
