22 MARCH 2017 - Addition of Amendment 0001 document and amended Price Matrix Rev 1.  To clarify, as of this date, there is only ONE (1) amendment to Solicitation W52P1J-17-R-3018.  Due to system errors, multiple amendments without attached documentation have been posted to FBO.

Any offeror who wishes to propose on this solicitation shall send via email or postal mail the following documents:

1. Solicitation W52P1J-17-R-3018 document, with information entered where needed and signature/offeror information on Page 1
2. W52P1J-17-R-3018 Amendment 0001 document, with signature/offeror information on Page 1
3. Price Matrix Rev 1 document, with prices input for all CLINs for which the offeror wishes to be considered

As a reminder, although the FBO posting states "W52P1J-17-R-3015," the correct solicitation number is "W52P1J-17-R-3018."  Closing date for proposals remains 27 March 2016 at 3:00 PM Central.
