The Department of Labor and Industry (DLI), State Workers’ Insurance Fund (SWIF) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) in order to obtain proposals from selected Offeror(s) who will perform a variety of Audit services for their policy holders. These actions include but are not limited to: review of financial statements and payroll records, class code analyzation, and description of operations.
