The United States Government has a requirement to procure 6,225 each M22 (7x50) Binoculars, NSN: 1240-01-361-1318, Color: Black. This procurement is restricted to L-3 Communications, Warrior Systems Division, Applied Optics Center (AOC) located at 9827 Chartwell Drive, Dallas, Texas 75243 pursuant to the authority of FAR 6.302-1. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.

The solicitation is estimated to be released on or after 06 September 2012. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided.
