This effort is for the effort and related tasking to be performed during the execution of AWTS Program. The contractor shall update the requirements for LCS Training Unique (LCSTU) software, training materials and documentation, and deliver a Final Report on the Critical Design for compatibility with the AWCS LCS 103 software and corresponding AWIS software. The contractor shall perform these efforts in accordance with T9001B checklist dated TBSL, Training Type, Development Phase. The deliverable will be a final report. Negations will be conducted with General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems (GDAIS) Pittsfield, MA. GDAIS is the sole manufacturer of the TRIDENT II (D5) Strategic Weapons (SWS) Fire Control Systems and Attack Weapons Control Systems and the only source with the in-depth knowledge, expertise, and in-place capability to perform the required effort.
