The contractor shall conduct system studies, evaluate design changes, and provide for problem resolution and recommendations in the SSGN program as required by SP23. These studies and evaluations shall be conducted concurrently with the baseline AWCS infrastructure and SSGN development program. Award will be made via a job order to a Basic Ordering Agreement.
