The Department of Labor and Industry, is soliciting for Bidders to provide Non-Emergency Transportation Services for the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation Philadelphia District Office. If you were previously awarded a contract under the original IFB 610045038 or supplemental solicitations no action is required. Driving assignments may begin and end from Chester County PA . Assignment destinations will be at various locations across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and may require overnight travel. Refer to page 5, Section I of the statement of work for a description of overnight travel requirements. This is a multi-award contract. All responsive bidders will receive a contract. An award of a contract is not a guarantee of assignment of work. No work may be performed without the issuance of a Purchase Order. The term of the Contract is anticipated to begin November 1, 2020 and will go through June 30, 2021 with one (1) two (2) year optional renewal.
