The U.S. Census Bureau intends to negotiate, on an other than full and open basis, under the Authority of FAR Part 6, Subparts 6.301 and 6.302, with the University of California-Berkeley, for annual fees for association membership and software utilization of CASES. This notice is not to be considered a request for quotations or proposals, rather interested parties may submit a capability statement no later than 10:00 a.m. October 10, 2011 to Jen Farmer, Contract Specialist, at [email protected]. Any other questions or concerns should also be submitted via email to Jen Farmer. If no affirmative written response is received within 15 days from the publication of this synopsis, a contract may be issued to the University of California-Berkeley.
