This is a large purchase buy for NSN: 4820-00-132-9000. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available from the Government. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Current approved manufacturer is Parker Hannifin (CAGE: 82106) P/N: 93320-101. This solicitation opens and will be available in FEDBIZOPS on 04/30/08 and closes 05/16/08. This requirement is for a quantity of 16 each. The Government’s requested delivery time is 310 days. FOB and inspection/acceptance requested is origin. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. It is anticipated that award will be made via a delivery order to an existing basic ordering agreement.
