Nebraska Public Power District (DISTRICT) intends to procure the labor, supervision, miscellaneous materials, tools, apparatus, equipment, conveyances, mobilization, and demobilization as necessary for completing all work associated with the setting of stands, installation of equipment, bus, dead end structures, conduit and grounding, cable work, and spreading rock at the DISTRICT’S new Kearney Tech One 115kV substation located near Kearney, Nebraska, performance bond(s) and all other requirements as specified in these Contract Documents.
