Jones Co., MS (H-NR-E) Sealed bids for contract for Emergency Operations Upgrades will be received by The HATTIESBURG LAUREL REGIONAL AIRPORT AUTHORITY, in the Board Room, 2nd Floor, until 9:00 A.M. Local Time on the 10th day of March, 2022 (the “Bid Deadline”), at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Official bid documents may be obtained from www.sd-wprojects.com upon a deposit of $100.00, non- refundable. All plan holders are required to have a valid email address for registration. All bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to 5% of the amount of the bid, in the form of a certified check, cashier’s check or a bid bond written by a company properly licensed in Mississippi. Bids must be submitted on the standard form of bid proposal, and the successful bidder will be required to execute the standard form of contract and agreement, together with a 100% performance bond and a 100% payment bond, with fifteen (15) days after formal award of the contract.
