This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Quotes from third party vendors will be considered.  Solicitation W50S8B21Q0001 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-02TA and Defense Circular Number 20190628. This procurement is being issued utilizing full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 81233 with a size standard of 750 employees. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. Location of delivery will be at 108th Wing, NJ Air National Guard, Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ.

The 108th Wing, NJANG requires gear to outfit members for deployment.  All items must be compliant with applicable Air Force rules and regulations, specifically AFI 36-2903 Dress and Appearance.  All items will be for OCP uniforms and shall include the appropriate color scheme as such.

A listing of items required, along with quantities and sizes (where applicable) is attached (attachment 1).  Please complete this spreadsheet with costs per item and the total extended cost should populate.  Names for nametapes will be provided upon award.

In order to be awarded this purchase, all items must have a guaranteed delivery date of 20 Nov 2020.  Any offeror that provides a delivery date after 20 Nov 2020 will not be considered in compliance with this offering and will be rejected.

In addition, any offeror who wishes to place a quote must complete the highlighted portions of the attached assertions (attachment 2) per FAR 52.204-24, 25 & 26.  Failure to complete these assertions will result in the offeror’s quote being excluded for non-compliance.

Quotes will be evaluated on lowest price and technical acceptability.

Attachment 3 includes applicable commercial clauses included in this solicitation.

It is the responsibility of the offeror to view the website for any changes or amendments to this RFQ.
