This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Quotes from third party vendors will be considered.  Solicitation W50S8B20Q0004 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-02TA and Defense Circular Number 20190628. This procurement is being issued as a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 336413 with a size standard of 1250 employees. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. Location of delivery will be at 108th Wing, NJ Air National Guard, Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ.

The 108th OG is in need of 25 BOSE A20 Model 324843-W130 Lightweight Aviation Headsets with U174 connectors, straight cable, and no Bluetooth.  In addition, 30 pairs of corresponding BOSE A20 headset replacement ear cushions.  Brand name justification is attached (attachment 1).

Quotes will be evaluated on lowest price and technical acceptability.

It is the responsibility of the offeror to view the website for any changes or amendments to this RFQ.

To receive an award of contract the offeror must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) database which can be accessed at the website https://sam.gov/portal/SAM

Questions from vendors to Contracting Office due: 16 Sep, 2020 at 5:00 PM EST
Quotations due no later than 18 Sep 2020 at 5:00 PM EST

It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure the quote and questions was received by 108th Contracting Office on time.

All vendors are required to complete the highlighted sections of the attachment ‘52.204-24, 25, and 26’ and return with quote in order to be considered for this purchase. (Attachment 3)
