Proposal Submittal and Inquiries.
See the attached SF1449 for instructions on response format, content, and evaluation under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13 of this Full & Open combined Synopsis/Solicitation. Upon the closing, the vendor's quotes will be evaluated upon Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria.

Quotes shall be submitted prior to the closing date and time of 7 June 2019 10:00 AM CST. Offerors should send their quotes to the following contract specialists: MAJ Jennifer Welker at [email protected] and CPT John Christel at [email protected].

All questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted via email to: MAJ Jennifer Welker at [email protected] and CPT John Christel at [email protected]. All questions are due by 5 June 2019 by 9:00 AM CST. The government is not obligated to answer questions.

General Instructions
The submission of the documentation specified in the SF1449 will constitute the offeror's acceptance of the terms and conditions of the SOW in the RFQ. Questions should be posed by the due date listed above.
