The Government intends to issue a single, firm fixed price purchase order in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All applicable provisions and clauses are in the attached matrix. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. Evaluation will be based on lowest price technically acceptable. All questions and quotes shall be submitted electronically to [email protected]. The deadline for questions is September 19, 2012 at 11:00am EST.
