The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for the following: LWRCI M6-G "Government Model," 10.5 inch upper receiver, 5.56mm, Black, LWRCI folding back-up iron sights. Quantity: 20. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, the Government intends to issue a single, firm fixed price purchase order. This is anticipated to be a sole source award to LWRC International, as they are the only source to provide the requested item of its type that is authorized for purchase and used by DEA. All applicable provisions and clauses are in the attached matrix. A limited sources justification is approved and on file. All responses to this notice shall be submitted electronically to [email protected] no later than May 23, 2014 at 3:00pm EST. Late submissions will not be accepted. A determination by the Government to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
