This solicitation has been canceled.

This is a non-personal services contract to provide guest rooms and meals, to the 103^rd ESC Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) during their scheduled movement to Ft. Hood TX in Support of Operation Spartan Shield. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract providers providing the requirement herein. Such contract providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government. Location of facility must be within ten (10) miles driving distance of the training site located at 225 E. Army Post Road, Des Moines IA 50315.
