Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this Amendment is to provide historical AVGAS quantities for past Nellis AFB Air Show contracts:

2007 Air Show: Contract FA4861-08-M-B006: 13,762 Gallons
2006 Air Show: Contract FA4861-07-M-B006: 12,000 Gallons
2005 Air Show: Contract FA4861-06-M-B031: 9,013 Gallons
2004 Air Show: Contract FA4861-05-M-B028: 18,000 Gallons
2003 Air Show: Contract FA4861-04-M-B027: 9,832 Gallons
2002 Air Show: Contract F26600-03-M-B009: 11,100 Gallons

** Note: There will be slightly more activity at this year's Air Show than there was last year, so the 6,000 Gallon estimate is fairly accurate.  Next year is the 70th Anniversary, therefore, we will most likely require closer to 7,000 Gallons of AVGAS during the 2011 Air Show.  The remaining Air Shows on this solicitation (in Nov 2012 - 2014) will require close to 6,000 Gallons of AVGAS each year.  A more accurate Government estimate for the number of required Gallons of AVGAS shall be provided prior to exercising the option each year.

This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

NAICS: 488190. Small Business Size Standard: $7.0 Million. This requirement is solicited as a 100% small business set aside.

Nellis AFB, Las Vegas, NV requires a contract for: 100LL AVGAS and refueling services in order to support the Nellis AFB annual Air Show/Open House. The following supplies are required: one fuel truck and approximately 6,000 Gallons of 100LL AVGAS provided in November each year. The following services are required: refueling services for 5 days in November each year to support the annual Nellis AFB Air Show/Open House. Please review the attached solicitation document for all details relating to this solicitation.

This is a firm fixed price type contract. The requirement is solicited and will be evaluated under FAR 13.106-2 Evaluation of quotations or offers.

IAW FAR 52.204-7and DFARS 252.207-7004 Alt A, prospective vendors must be registered in the CCR database prior to contract award. Lack of CCR registration shall be a determining factor for contract award. Prospective vendors should visit the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov/Start.aspx to register.

IAW FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Reps and Certs - An offeror shall complete only paragraph (b) of this provision if the offeror has completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at http://orca.bpn.gov. If an offeror has not completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at the ORCA website, the offeror shall complete only paragraphs (c) through (m) of this provision and must submit these paragraphs with their proposal.

All proposals shall include the following minimum information: Pricing information, Cage Code, Duns Number, Taxpayer I.D. No., Payment Terms, and/or Discount Terms, Offerors Reps and Certs, Point of Contact, Phone, Fax, and Email.
