The USCG Shore Infrastructure Logistics Center (SILC) intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the purchase of the following:

A. 1,000 Each, Ushio Lamps, P/N: 1000280, EGM, JCV120V-1000WBP28.
Packaging and Marking of the Ushio Lamps for Warehouse Stock in accordance
with the attached Statement of Work. Shipping to Baltimore, MD 21226

B. 300 Each, Ushio Lamp Holders, P/N: 1001264, USHIOP28S.
No special packaging or marking required. Shipping to Washington, DC 20593

Please quote as specified. Strictly Brand Name Only. No Substitutes , No Equals.
All items in Paragraph A are shipping to: USCG Surface Forces Logistics Center, 2401 Hawkins Point Rd. Warehouse 88A, Baltimore MD. 21226.
