The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a firm, fixed price purchase order on the following: Item 001: One-hundred and fourteen (114) Smith and Wesson, Model M & P45, semiautomatic, double action, full size frame with three interchangeable palms well grips, sizes include small, medium, and large, tritum night sights, each pistol shall also be provided with three ten-round magazines. Item 002: Sixty (60) Smith and Wesson, Model M & P45, ten-round magazines. Item 003: Contractor provided armorer training for the Smith and Wesson, model M and P45 pistol. Offers of ‘or-equals' will be accepted and reviewed, offerors are required to provide manufacturers brochures and data sheets which provide details of the offered pistols.
