Guaranteed, Minimum, Maximum quantities, quantity ranges and delivery schedules will be included in the solicitation as will the evaluation factors to be used for a Best Value Trade-off process. FOB is Destination. Estimated issue date is 18 June 2004. The solicitation will incorporate Technical Data Packages (TDP's) for all items (excluding the Barrel) which will be viewed with the solicitation via the internet. The Technical Data Package (TDP) for the Barrel will not be viewed via the inte rnet. Thus, vendors who need this TDP in order to prepare a proposal will be able to order this TDP by submission of an email request through the 'order TDP online' link provided at the solicitation website. This solicitation will be issued electronicall y in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided.
