FSC: 1010, NAICS: 332312 The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division, Louisville Detachment intends to procure fourteen (14) MK45 Base Structures IAW Dwg. 5526672 Rev H and nine (9) MK45 Ordalt Kits #16045. The MK45 Base Structure is a large fabricated/finished machined item consisting of 50 different HY-100 weldment parts and one medium steel casting. Size is approximately 6' x 2' and weighs approximately 720 lbs each. Welders must be certified to weld HY-100 steel. The MK45 Ordalt Kit #16045 consists of machine shop items and an assortment of common hardware items such as cap screws, preformed packing, nuts, washers, etc.. The kits also contain 2 foundation assemblies that are approximately 4' x 2'. These assemblies require a certified welding procedure and welders IAW NAVSEA S9074-AQ-GIB-010/248. Delivery is required FOB Destination to Louisville, Kentucky. Delivery of the 1st Base Structure is required 360 DAC and the balance is due one every 30 days thereafter until complete. Delivery of all nine Ordalt Kits is required within 270 DAC. Anticipated issue date is March 24, 2003 and the anticipated closing date is 1:00 p.m. EDST April 24, 2003.
