Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-08-T-0284 http://www.crane.navy.mil/acquisition/homepage.htm is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. This is being issued as a sole source requirement to Remington Arms Company, 870 Remington Dr., Madison, NC 27025-0000. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to Crane web site, FedBizOpps and NECO. MK33 Disruptor Canon IAW drawings are available upon request and proof of active registration in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Joint Certification Program (JCP). It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor the Crane web site, FedBizOpps and/or NECO for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation.
