The United States Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM), Infantry Weapons Systems, Quantico, Virginia intends to award a Sole Source Firm-Fixed Priced contract to FNH USA, LLC. of McLean, VA for the following Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) items. A quantity of three (3) MK16 (SCAR) 5.56mm Rifles, three (3) MK17 (SCAR) 7.62 mm Rifles and one (1) MK13 EGLM 40mm Grenade launcher that will mount on both the MK16 and the MK17 rifles that will be awarded under FAR Part 12. FNH USA, LLC is the only known vendor of these Rifle Systems and is therefore the only vendor deemed qualified to provide this item. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 332994, Small Arms Manufacturing. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DoD must be registered in the Central Contractor Register (CCR).
