Description: The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate a cost type Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) order with Raytheon Company under BOA number N00019-05-G-0008. The delivery order will provide for the integration and test support for Turkish Peace Onyx (PO) III F-16 AN/AWW-13 PODS under the subject BOA. A determination by the Government not to compete this effort is solely within the discretion of the Government. GENERAL INFORMATION: Raytheon is the sole designer, developer and manufacturer of the AWW-13 Data Link PODS, therefore, the only known firm with the necessary knowledge, technical data, and equipment, facilities and experience to perform this effort within the required timeframe.
