This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This requirement is for a GPIB controller, a sole source procurement for National Instruments. The National Instruments (NI) General Purpose Interface Bus (GPIB) controller is currently used in the U.S. Army Calibration Procedures. No other device provides the capability of this bus compatibility with Integrated Calibration Environment (ICE) Automated Procedures (AP) while communicating with the unit under test.
