This solicitation is limited to General Dynamics Land Systems (GDLS), 38500 Mound Road, Sterling Heights, MI 48310 AND DRS Test and Energy Management, LLC. 110 WYNN DR NW, Huntsville, AL 35805. The proposed contract is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only two sources under the authority of basis under the statutory authority permitting Other Than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This synopsis is published for subcontracting purposes only; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within 15 days from the date of the publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirements listed. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open basis is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a full and open competitive procurement.
