This solicitation is for a multiple-year Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) for the acquisition of the following: 2940-01-486-8732 (AIR CLEANER, INTAKE) not to exceed THIRTY-SIX (36) months or $150,000.00, whichever occurs first. This solicitation will be available for download on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on or about 03/21/2016; however, ** DIBBS quotations are not acceptable for this solicitation. ** Quotes must be submitted on hard copy of the RFQ and either faxed to the attention of Michael Rose at 614-693-1539, or scanned and emailed (preferred) to [email protected]. NOTE: Though this is an RFQ, the solicitation can only be found by searching the RFP/IFB Database in DIBBS.

QUOTES SHOULD BE SUBMITTED WITH A MINIMUM 90-DAY QUOTE VALIDITY PERIOD.

The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns.

All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. Dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total duration--base, plus TWO (2) option years--shall not exceed THREE (3) years.
