This solicitation is for a multiple-year Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) for the acquisition of the following: 2940-01-359-8346 (FILTER ELEMENT, FLUID) not to exceed thirty-six (36) months or $150,000.00, whichever occurs first. This solicitation will be available for download on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on or about 12/19/2016. Quotes may be submitted on hard copy of the RFQ and either faxed to the attention of Michael A. Rose at 614-693-1539, or scanned and emailed (preferred) to [email protected]. NOTE: Though this is an RFQ, the solicitation can only be found by searching the RFP/IFB Database in DIBBS.

QUOTES SHOULD BE SUBMITTED WITH A MINIMUM 90-DAY QUOTE VALIDITY PERIOD.

The proposed contract is UNRESTRICTED.

All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. Dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total duration--base, plus two (2) option years--shall not exceed three (3) years.

If the solicitation document contains information that has been designated as "Militarily Critical Technical Data," only businesses that have been certified by the Department of Defense, United States/Canada Joint Certification Office, and have a valid requirement may have a copy of the solicitation document.
