The purpose of this requirement is to obtain temporary federal contracting support services for three (3) contract specialist positions. The duties include: assisting and supporting the Division of Procurement Management, Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) in the acquisition planning, preparation, pre-award, negotiation, award, post-award and close-out (cradle-to-grave) phases of the federal/contracting cycle. Candidates will be expected to have extensive knowledge and experience in federal government contracting, the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and an electronic interface system used to process contract awards.

The period of performance for this assignment shall be one-hundred twenty (120) days from the effective date of contract (EDOC). The anticipated award resulting from this notice is a Firm-Fixed-Price Task Order.
