The unrestricted, Other than Full and Open, solicitation will be issued under PR number 1000019370 to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a sole source NSN.

NSN: 6220-01-515-7225, POST, LIGHT NVIS WHT, "Sole Source Item, "Hoffman Engineering Corp (CAGE 06097) (P/N 723-1099-001)".  DLA Aviation Richmond does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN.  Required delivery is 36 days.  This NSN is not a critical application or commercial item. 

Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 3895 each.  The Guaranteed Minimum value will be determined in accordance with the following formula:  10% of the aggregate extended dollar value of the Estimated Demand Quantity (EDQ) for the NSN (base period only).                              

There will be a one-year base with four one-year options, for a total of five years. FOB Origin and Inspection/Acceptance destination for DLA Direct.

Solicitation scheduled release date is tentatively 04 Jan 2013.
